I suffered from Arthritis in both my hands, at the base of my thumbs.  I had difficulty in knitting for long periods of time as my hands just became too painful.  I was introduced to Cool Gels, Arthritis Gel, and to my amazement, after using this gel for a month, the pain eased.  Now a few months later I am pain free!  I don’t have to use it anymore.  I do rub in the gel from time to time as a preventative measure.
